ZXMW NR8250 Quick Installation & Commissioning Guide
The polarization arrow on the feeder source is aligned with the mark "H" on the
antenna.
Step
Note:
The horizontal polarization adjustment uses the same method as the vertical polarization
adjustment. Users can perform adjustment in accordance with the actual requirement.
If the fine adjustment range is not big enough, users can change the position of the
anti-falling angle steel and continue the adjustment. The U-type clamp must be used
to fix the bracket in adjusting the anti-falling angle steel position.
Step
ii. Loosen the nut on the U-type clamp and the fixing screw above the reinforcing
pole.
iii. Use hand to push the antenna or reinforcing pole gently, and adjust the
antenna azimuth around the pole.
Caution:
During the adjustment, be very careful not to make the clamp fall from the anti-falling angle
steel lest any accident might occur.
2. In accordance with the circuit design, determine the antenna azimuth through
visualization or a compass, and adjust the antenna azimuth.
3. After the adjustment is completed, fasten all components that are loosened.

7 Commissioning
If the project has a DLD or LLD file, all date sources are from DLD or LLD file.
If the project is not DLD file, data sources, respectively from the DO, Link Summary,
and Service Planning Table.
Before commissioning, please check the connection of the E1 line impedance and
inserted board of impedance match, if not match, please refer to the Hardware
Installation Guide to complete the corresponding impedance E1 jump line.
In this document, the commissioning only contains basic wireless parameters and
IDU network configuration, other services configuration refer to Configuration Guide.

IDU information and feedback to troubleshooting staff of microwave product support team.
If the antenna is installed on the metal tower, the IF cable should be grounded at a
point about 1-2 m below the ODU, and then be grounded at a point 1.5 m before the
bent part where the cable is routed downwards along the tower. Before the IF cable
is led into the equipment room, the cable must also be grounded at a grounding
point.
If the IF cable is shorter than 20 m, it must be grounded at the first two grounding
points, as mentioned above.
If the IF cable is longer than 20 m but shorter than 60 m, it must be grounded at the
three grounding points, as mentioned above.
If the IF cable is longer than 60 m, an additional grounding point must be made for
every additional 20 m IF cable.
1. Select a proper position to install the grounding clip, and cut the IF cable sheath in
accordance with the grounding clip size. The following figure shows the structure of
the grounding clip.

2. Route the down-lead of the grounding clip connected by the IF cable towards the
grounding network, and verify that the included angle between the grounding cable
and the IF cable must be not more than 15°.
3. Waterproof and seal the connection part between the grounding clip and the IF
cable in "1+3+3" mode, which involves one layer of PVC insulating tape, three
layers of waterproof cement, and three layers of insulating tape.
The waterproof handling tapes are wrapped on the connector until 3-5 cm below it.
