INFORMATION

The Undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses BBB of the crime of Rape by
sexual assault defined and penalized under Article 266-A par. 2 of the Revised Penal Code as
amended by Republic Act No. 8353 or Anti-Rape Law of 1997, committed as follows:

That on January 12, 2018, in Makati City, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the accused BBB, being the father of the victim AAA, did then
and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously and by means of force, threat and
intimidation, commit an act of sexual assault upon the person of his daughter
AAA by inserting his finger into her vagina against her will.

INFORMATION

The Undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses BBB of violation of Section 4

(a) of Republic Act No. 9995 or the “Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009” , committed as
follows:

That on January 12, 2018, in Makati City, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the accused AAA, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, using his cellphone, took a video coverage of the private part
(vagina) of his daughter AAA without her knowledge and consent, while he was
raping her by inserting his finger into her vagina against her will.

That on May 28, 2018, in Makati City, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the accused AAA, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, took a video coverage using his cellphone, of the private parts
(breasts, buttocks and vagina) of his daughter AAA, while she was naked and
taking a bath, without her knowledge and consent.

pa 2 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on January 17, 2018, in Makati City, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the accused BBB, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, attack, assault and use personal violence upon his daughter AAA, by
then and there forcibly grabbing her on her shoulders, thereby inflicting upon
AAA: contusions on her arms and shoulders.
