member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators
(ICSA) UK. Adjoah also holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons.)
degree from the University of Greenwich, Dartford, UK.

She was the head of Oxford & Beaumont Nominees Ltd, within the
Governance Group at Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors where she provided
company secretarial and corporate legal advisory support to various clients.

Prior to joining Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors, Adjoah worked within the company
secretarial department of St Ives Plc, the UK's leading provider of publishing services
and marketing solutions.

She has also worked within the company secretarial department of Barclays Bank Plc
(head office) in the UK.
