Prepaid Fleet Card Reloading Instructions

Through Fleet Card Bills Payment Facility

1. Use the bank’s Bills Payment Slip and fill in the following details:

 Company Name: PETRON FLEET CARD

 Client/Subscriber’s Name: 16-digit PVC number (strictly numeric, input of other
characters such as “-“ or “/” will not be accepted)
 Reference/Subscriber’s Account Number: 7321505006

2. Use one (1) payment slip per PVC number. Loading of multiple cards using one payment
slip will not be accepted.

3. Only SMS-registered PVCs are allowed to use this facility. Non-registered PVCs will not
be loaded even if payment is accepted by the bank. To register your PVC, type and send
to 0917-5671111:

REG<space>16-digit PVC #<space>FirstName<space>MI<space>LastName<space>BirthdayMM/DD/YYYY

4. Only cash and current-dated checks are accepted as forms of payment.

5. Maximum deposit of P25,000.00 only per PVC number.

6. The depositor should double check the machine-validated payment slip and ensure the
correct card number is entered. Petron Corporation will not be liable if a wrong card
number is loaded due to typographic error in the payment slip.

7. Allow two (2) working days to process reloading.

8. Cardholder shall receive an SMS notification once the PVC is already reloaded.
