Ingredients:
1 medium onion, diced
8 tomatoes, peeled and diced
2-6 red or green chili peppers, finely chopped
1 handful cilantro, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon sugar, brown or white
juice from 2 lemons or limes
salt, as needed
Instructions:
1. Mix onion and lemon/lime juice in a medium bowl. Add diced tomatoes, peppers,
cilantro and sugar. Combine well.
2. Once the sugar fully dissolves, cover the top of the bowl with cling wrap and
refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Serve.
