to and link both the water and carbon cycle. Answers will be of an evaluative and/or analytical nature.

A 20 mark extended response answer from a choice of 2 questions. Answer will require you to refer
to and link both migration management and ocean governance. Answers will be of an evaluative
and/or analytical nature.
This section is a synoptic exam question. It will draw on all components studied, in particular components 1
and 2. It will also relate to resource material which will be provided in the exam. One 30 mark question will be
answered out of a choice of 2. Answers will be of an evaluative and/or analytical nature.
Component 3 Exam: 2 hours 15 minutes. Total marks: 128 = 32% of total

unit of Component 1. This report will be split into the following 6 sections:

Analysis and Interpretation of Findings – 15 marks
Conclusions – 10 marks
Evaluation – 20 marks
