It is hard to believe that this time last year, I was being nominated as your Exalted Ruler. I
can't believe how fast the time has gone. That being said, the time has also come for a new
Exalted Ruler to be nominated. We currently have this position open for nomination as well as
Steven Caouette Leading Knight, Loyal Knight and Lecturing Knight. These key positions must be filled for your
Leading Knight lodge to continue. I ask that you consider stepping up and fill these positions. The reality is that
if there are no officers, there is no lodge. Please take it upon yourselves to consider the
Debbie Williams importance of this.

Membership dues are also due at this time. If you have not submitted payment for renewal
Connie Lavoie of your membership, please do so as soon as you can. We have several members that have not
Lecturing Knight renewed and we encourage you to do so.
We ended February with a great turnout for the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. Steve and I
Lysanne Doucette
were extremely happy to acknowledge those that have contributed their time and have been by

our sides. I truly appreciate all of you and thank you for being there for us.

A special shout out to Karen Staples and her work on securing dictionaries for a couple of
Treasurer
local schools. She was able to donate 37 dictionaries to the Washburn school and 27 to East
Linda Caouette Auburn!

March is looking promising for some fun events. March 9th, 6:00 pm we will have our
Claire Davis monthly dinner provided by Anne Mackenzie ; Salmon Pie, mashed potatos, cole slaw and
Chaplain dessert for only $7.00. March 12th is our Member's Meeting 6:30. March 17th is a St Patrick's
Day Dance. Come dance the night away from 8:00-12:00 to the rockin sounds of Roadblock.

6:30pm. March 31st 6:00pm to 10:00 is another dance night! This time to the rockin sounds of
The Salty Dogs. You can dance all night to your favorites from the 60's to current day! Tickets

I hope you join us for the events we have planned as well as consider stepping up to for an
Trustee
officer position to keep your lodge. I can't stress enough the importance of getting these position
Pauline Wilder filled so the lodge is able to continue. Please don't hesitate to call or email me if you have any
Trustee questions or just need clarification on what the positions involve. I am more than happy to help.
