For Sugar Syrup we use Pump sizes NM 090 and NM 105 with ~350 rpm.
The temperature is about 60 °C Stator NEMOLAST® S65L. Depending on the no. of stages:
NM 090 handles about 40-55 m³/h at 6-24 bar
NM 105 handles about 80-90 m³/h at 6-18 bar
