Coach gabby-
It is ever changing and there is so much that can be accessed quickly to enhance learning or for
entertainment.
I am most nervous that something will not function properly when I need it.
I try to always have a back-up lecture or activity.
(Smart Board, unless there is something on a list that you need to tell me about. Then it will be
something from your area.) (with the help of me) Learn then incorporate.
It was a good session. Learners caught on fast from class to class. It can be improved if more
than one person could use it at once within the lesson.
Student’s reaction varied. Most were excited that they got to show their process, some were lazy
and upset they had to get up and come to the board.
Luther-
It allows more variety of passing information to any audience in person or not.
I am confident with it, but don’t want my students to be discouraged when they don’t understand
a program.
Lots of pre- training and hands on teaching with newer programs.
Using an AutoCAD program with our equipment to ALL combat support hospitals
nationwide. (with the help of me) using adult learning along with crawl walk run method of
teaching new software program.
Most can understand it easily do to user friendly format. Need to conduct regular and refresher
training as a continuous learning process.
They look forward to support after initial training. Access to program is on a request and get
code for download which can be cumbersome. Program is well accepted all around.
Maria-
The engagement it will promote.
using the technology as intended. Written engagement as well as technology skills to be
established.
Power-point on how to use social media to promote and network for better opportunities. Locate
networking site, and how they can be used, as well as establishing parameters to avoid improper
use.
It went well. Was very insightful with the do’s and dont’s. it can be improved with better internet
connection in case of connection failure, paper copies were available just in case.
The learners reacted shocked at somethings that were listed and discussed due to different
viewpoints, but it was a great discussion/ learning process.

power point with video integration.
a schedule of training tasks and handouts with references.
she provided me with a tool that I could use for classroom tracking and instruction.
very well as instruction went well with video. It worked as the after-action review shown
positive compliance with instruction. it did for as much as I used it.

Grades First
An account was created for me as a Professor and as a Coach
She helped me with her knowledge behind the tool as she used it during her four years in
undergrad. We collaborated to get a better understanding of the opposite sides. For her, she
learned more about what a professor does with it, and for me, I learned more about what a
student does with it and hopes to get from it.
I used it in the office as I did progress reports and sent messages to students about class updates.
Yes, it was successful and it worked as intended.
I would use it more frequently to manage student progress.

Coach Gabby-
I used the Roll Call app. It was useful and efficient for me.
I have started using it each class period.
I think my coach took into consideration my answer for my learning style and used it to be sure I
fully understood things. She was patient and made this a great experience for me.
Yes. Videos and key points help make it easier to integrate assignments.
It is very useful and can expand your knowledge on new things.
It has helped give me new ways to educate and inspire my students
From my years of experience, I would just say always have a back up plan.
Luther-
Currently we are still integrating the AUTOdise program nationwide. Training continues to be
the forefront for every unit and sustainment for future soldiers arriving to station.
We are thinking of replacing our walking tour guided program with computer screen programs
that give information in each are to be viewed. Sort of like a virtual home tour. It will take out
the human factor but that is the way the future looks, as time and money are a factor.
It is continuously changing as does the audience as well.
Of course, hands on with dedicated time for specific questions and answers is always the best
way to learn as well as check on learning to ensure the students feel comfortable with the new
technology.
Not everyone is on the same learning level. Anything new requires time to teach, so be patient.
It aides in some ways and is also somewhat time-consuming depending on the level and
technology being used, and learning how to use it.
Planning, planning, planning. Learn who your audience will be ahead of time so proper
preparation and effective learning can take place.
Aunt Maria-
Hootsuite, a tool that can combine all social media recruiting sites, and ability to schedule when to post to
each site. Good, there is a cost associated, but felt worth the time savings.
Yes, Will always need to adapt to change what works and what doesn't.

Available and approachable for questions. Site knowledge a must.

Yes, again sharing training via Skype.
Not going away any time soon. Stay engaged, be flexible.
Able to reach larger number of people in 1-2 class times. Also visual teaching is helpful with
anything new.
Be sure to pilot it first, make sure it makes sense to use, is it beneficial and if it doesn't work,
move on, be flexible.
