ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

Workshop was conducted by the resource persons from Caligo Technologies, Bengaluru.
Caaligo Technologies are in partnership with Intel India for the Artificial Intelligence (AI),
Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) streams. Workshop intent to motivate
Engineering Colleges to include AI, ML & DL in their curriculum. The support needed to impart
the knowledge in AI, ML & DL will be provided by Intel India.

Workshop Flow:

Morning session of the workshop started with the brief introduction of the Calligo Technologies,
followed by the talk highlighting the importance of AI, ML & DL in the present industry
scenario, the job opportunities for the fresh BE/MTech pass out students in AI, ML & DL. The
technical support from Intel India to make the subjects AI, ML & DL part of the curriculum was
also expressed in the morning session. This session was engaged by Mr. Rajaraman Subramanian

Afternoon session was engaged by Mr. Pranav Nair who introduced the subjects AI, ML
& DL and the relation of them to the existing Neural Networks subject. Mr. Nair also dealt with
the all layers used in Deep learning in brief.
