aggregate 63.50%, from Kakinada Institute of technological sciences, Ramachandrapuram ,Affiliated
to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, kakinada, Andhra Pradesh,India.

with an aggregate 88.1 %.

M-TECH ACADEMIC PROJECT

Title : M-Tech Academic Project on “wind turbine Pitch angle controlling of multi-pole Permanent
Magnet Synchronous Generator at variable speed”.
Description : In this project the aim of this study is to design a simple pitch angle controller to maintain constant
power for variable speeds. This technique involved in this project is Pitch actuator controlling technique, which
helps to maintaining a constant power at different wind speeds like high wind speeds as well as at low wind speeds.
The Simulation modeling is carried out for pitch angle controller using above mentioned techniques and were tested
with different speed variations. The entire work is done on MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.
