JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, HAZEL JOY D. TIMKANG and FRITZI R. BALILI, both

Filipinos, of legal ages, single, and residents of Barangay KJC Compound,
Barangay 95-A, Caibaan, Tacloban City, and Blk 35, Lot 5, Kassel City,
Abucay, Tacloban City, Philippines, respectively, having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we both personally know the persons of DEXTER JAMES

LAGUNZAD SABALLE and RUTH JANINE GILANG
BERTULFO.

2. I, (Timkang) knew both of them since 2014. We have worked in the

same organization (Samaritan’s Purse) and they have been a close
friend to me;

3. I, (Balili) personally knew the couple, since 2006. They have been
my churchmates in TBC, and have been my close friends since then;

4. That we also know and we hereby declare that the said DEXTER
JAMES LAGUNZAD SABALLE and RUTH JANINE GILANG
BERTULFO were lawfully married on 30 July 2016 at TBC
Function Hall, Paterno Street, Tacloban City, for we are in
attendance thereto;

5. That said DEXTER JAMES LAGUNZAD SABALLE and

RUTH JANINE GILANG BERTULFO have lived together as
lawful husband and wife and have one child;

6. That we are not related in any way, either by consanguinity

or affinity, to said DEXTER JAMES LAGUNZAD SABALLE
and RUTH JANINE GILANG BERTULFO;

7. As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and further attest to the fact that DEXTER JAMES
LAGUNZAD SABALLE and RUTH JANINE GILANG
BERTULFO have been married since 2016, and established a
conjugal family.

8. This affidavit is executed for the purpose of the late registration of

the Marriage Certificate of DEXTER JAMES LAGUNZAD
SABALLE and RUTH JANINE GILANG BERTULFO.
