CONVERSION OF PETRON VALUE CARD (PVC) POINTS TO GETGO POINTS:

1. The Program is open to all GetGo cardholders with Petron Value Card (including Pag-IBIG
Loyalty Card, PMILES RFID Card, or Petron Super Driver Card).

2. Starting January 25, 2016, all Petron Value Card members may convert their Value Points
to Cebu Pacific GetGo Points.

3. All qualified PVC holders may convert two (2) PVC Points to three (3) GetGo Points. Only
whole numbers will be allowed for conversion. No minimum conversion value required.

4. Conversion may be done by emailing petronvaluecard@petron.com with their PVC card

details, GetGo card details, and the number of points for conversion. Verification process
will be conducted to authenticate the request.

5. Conversion process takes fourteen (14) business days to be completed and GetGo points to
be credited. Cardholders will receive an email confirmation from GetGo and may view
their points balance by logging in to their online account at the www.GetGo.com.ph.

6. If the cardholder cannot see the points credited after this timeframe, they may contact
the GetGo team at (02) 714-3846 (71GetGo) or contactus@getgo.com.ph

7. GetGo points will expire if the member does not have at least one (1) qualified earn
activity for the past twelve (12) consecutive months. A qualified earn activity shall refer to
the following:

a. You have taken a qualified flight with Cebu Pacific Air or Cebgo
b. You have made a qualifying purchase transaction with any of our partners
c. You have successfully converted your points earned in one of our partner rewards
program to GetGo points

Upon account expiry, all GetGo points in the account shall be forfeited.

8. Cancellation or reversal of a conversion is not allowed once submitted.
