Pemeriksaan ossa pedis dengan klinis diabetes melitus merupakan

pemeriksaan khusus yang dilakukan pada klinis diabetes melitus yang disebabkan
oleh gangguan pada sekresi insulin, pemerikssan radiografi dilakukan untuk
mengukur seberapa kedalaman luka yang diderita pasien.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai prosedur pemeriksaan
radiografi ossa pedis pada klinis diabetes melitus dengan proyeksi antero-posterior
(AP) dan mediolateral di rumah sakit prikasih.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Prikasih pada
bulan November 2016 dengan data sekunder sedangkan data primer pada bulan
Januari 2017, dengan penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif berupa studi kasus dan
menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian
berupa lembar kerja dan lembar wawancara dengan pengolahan dan analisa
mendokumentasi hasil pemeriksaan maupun wawancara.
Hasil penelitian mendapatkan pada pemeriksaan ossa pedis dengan klinis
diabetes melitus di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Prikasih menggunakan 2 proyeksi
yaitu Antero-Posterior (AP) dan Mediolateral. Untuk mendapatkan hasil gambar yang
baik dan meminimalisir kesalahan yang terjadi maka diperlukan komunikasi, kerja
sama dengan pasien dan menggunakan faktor eksposi yang tepat pada saat dilakukan
pemeriksaan ossa pedis dengan klinis diabetes melitus.
Kesimpulan penelitian adalah teknik penatalaksaan pemeriksaan ossa pedis
proyeksi Antero-Posterior (AP) dan Mediolateral diperlukan dengan mengecek
kembali identitas pasien, faktor eksposi yang optimal sesuai dengan pemeriksaan
yang diperiksa, teknik penatalaksaan ossa pedis proyeksi Antero-Posterior (AP) dan
Mediolateral yang tepat, diperlukan komunikasi dan kerja sama dengan pasien yang
dapat terhindar dari pengulangan foto dan resiko berupa penambahan radiasi yang
diterima.

Ossa pedis examination with clinical diabetes mellitus is a specific examination

conducted in the clinical diabetes mellitus caused by a disturbance in insulin secretion, in
view of that, radiography examination is done to measure how deep the wound suffered by
the patient is.
In relation to which, this study aims to determine the procedure of ossa pedis
radiography examination on clinical diabetes mellitus with Antero-Posterior (AP) and
Mediolateral projections in Prikasih hospital.
Profoundly, this research was conducted in Radiology Installation of Prikasih
Hospital starting from November 2016 with secondary data meanwhile for the primary data it
was conducted in January 2017, with qualitative descriptive approach in the form of case
study and using observation method, documentation, and interview. As for the research
instruments used herein are in the form of among the other things worksheets and interview
sheets with the processing and analysis documenting the result of examination and interview.
In fact, the results of research finds that ossa pedis examination with clinical
diabetes mellitus in Radiology Installation of Prikasih Hospital uses two projections namely
Antero-Posterior (AP) and Mediolateral. Accordingly, to get a good image and minimize any
error occurring, communication, cooperation with the patients is consequently needed and it
must use proper irradiation (eksposi) factor when conducting ossa pedis examination with
clinical diabetes mellitus.
The conclusion of the study is the examination management techniques of ossa
pedis using Antero-Posterior (AP) and Mediolateral projections is required by conducting the
following actions: rechecking the patient's identity, optimal irradiation (eksposi) factor in
accordance with the examination checked, technical management of proper ossa pedis
Antero-Posterior (AP) and Mediolateral projections, communication and cooperation with
patients required to avoid photo repetition and the risk of additional radiation received.
