I. Name of the Company:
 Nature’s Travel and Tour Agency
-The name of this company came up with my idea because I loved to travel
around the world and also loved our nature. So, I decided that the name of this
company will be Natures Travel and Tour Agency.
II. Brief History:
 I am Jan Ivor the owner of this Travel and Tour Agency. I loved to travel around
the world especially mountains and rivers. So, i decided to put up this travel
and tour agency last June 2015, but it started operating in September 2015. I
also loved to help the people to find ways to travel, relax and experience our
nature. I want this travel company the number one and most trusted Travel
Company in the world.
III. Logo:
 This logo came from my idea. This is simple but elegant. The leaves beside the
logo represent the beauty of our nature and also relaxing in our eyes.
IV. Visions:
 Be the worlds most trusted and creative travel agency.
V. Mission;
 Our mission is to provide the ultimate travel planning experience.
To offer our customer the best, most unforgettable travel experience of their
lives.
VI. Objectives:
1. Participate in both local and regional community services by providing
general lectures, consultation, and training programs.
2. Produce expeditions and memories that would satisfy each and every single of
the customers.
3. Evaluate current cultural, economic, and social issues affecting the tourism
and travel industry.

IX. Terms and Conditions:

1. Fees and Payments
a. The customers shall pay to Natures Travel on demand all coasts,
fees, taxes etc. as invoiced by Natures Travel to the customers in
respect of any arrangement services and any Travel Services in
accordance with the payment terms set out in such invoice or
otherwise agreed by Natures Travel.
b. Natures Travel reserves the right to request advance payment for
arrangement services and or Travel services.
2. Credit Account Facilities
a. Upon the withdrawal of credit facilities all monies owing to
Natures Travel will become immediately payable.

b. Payment as cleared funds within 7 days from the date of the
invoices, excluding invoices for foreign currency or travelers
checks which are due for payment by the customers upon receipt
of the invoice.
3. Booking Terms, Amendments or Cancellations
a. The customer’s s responsible for the accuracy of all data supplied
to Natures Travel.
b. Natures Travel reserves the right to charge administration fee of
up to 1000 per passenger for amendments or cancellations of
any bookings, including where no additional documents are
required.
4. Refunds
a. Credits or refunds (if any) for travel services not used may
only use. Only be issued upon the return of allthe relevant
documentation relating to the travel services concerned and are
subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant.
b. All relevant documents required for a refund must be sent to
Natures Travel by registered mail. It is the responsibility of the
customers to ensure that the documents are received by Natures
Travel.
