2. Grease the cake time with butter and flour it. 3. Combine the condensed milk and melted butter. Stir with a spatula to a uniform consistency. 4. In another bowl, Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda. 5. Combine the wet and dry mixture to a uniform cake batter. 6. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. 7. Add water or milk to adjust the consistency of batter if its too thick. 8. Pour the cake batter in the prepared cake tin. 9. Level it with a spatula. 10. Bake at 180c for 35 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. 11. Cool for 10-15 minutes. 12. Invert on a plate and slice only when the cake is completely cool. 13. Notes- 14. You can add some chocolate chips or tutty fruity to the batter. 15. Add a tsp of vinegar for better texture. 16. Add more sugar if you want it more sweeter. Otherwise condensed milk is enough to give the sweetness to our liking.
