Explanatory Statements Annex to Seller’s Disclosure Notice

These Explanatory Statements are annexed to and will remain a permanent part of the Seller’s
Disclosure Notice.

(1) Section 8. Check any tax exemption(s) which you (Seller) currently claim for the Property:

Notice:The Property is non-commercial use as a home, shelter, enjoyment of household goods and
effects, and for comfort of the Seller and is not subject to a commercial use tax. Seller is not engaged
in a trade or business within the United States (District of Columbia), “trade or business” defined as
the performance of the functions of a “public office”. Seller is neither a statutory federal citizen nor a
resident of the United States (District of Columbia). Authenticated USA passport evidence under seal
from the Secretary of State, Department of State, of the United States of America is available upon
request of taxing authority for jurisdictional purposes. Revocation of Election to treat Nonresident Alien
Individual as a Resident of the United States is also available upon request. Seller redeems lawful
money for all transactions per Federal Reserve Act of 1913, Section 16 [12 USC Section 411].

(2) Section 11. Does the property have working smoke detectors installed in accordance with the
smoke detector requirements of Chapter 766 of the Health and Safety Code?

Notice:The Property is non-commercial use as a home, shelter, enjoyment of household goods and
effects, and for comfort of the Seller. In the past, a professional contractor installed smoke detectors in
each bedroom and the hallway. Each smoke detector has batteries, is wired to electricity, and in
working condition for many years.

Pursuant to Public Law 94-550, [28 USC §1746(1)], I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws
of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on April 8, 2017.
