This is to formally address your concern regarding the changes on your first

official Purchase Order (PO) brought about by the subsequent adjustment of


your scope of works.

It has been previously agreed upon that your original Purchase Order (PO) will
serve as a basis for the quantity of work on the final awarded floors; and
should there be any discrepancies between your original and new PO will be
considered as change order. In addition, issued Site Instructions (SI) for these
additional works can also be used as official documents for the claims of your
down payments and bonds.
