License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you and Hot Pixel, LLC, covering your use of the “The
Art of Dodge & Burn - Series 3” DVD-ROM video tutorial (the "DVD").

The DVD is provided subject to the terms of the license agreement. By purchasing
and using the DVD, you are agreeing to the terms of this License Agreement so read
it carefully before continuing. Hot Pixel, LLC reserves the rights to change this
license agreement at anytime with out any notice. It is the purchasers’ responsibility
to check this license agreement for changes regularly.

The copyright for the DVD and all copyrighted matter incorporated in the DVD,
specifically including all photographs/image files, are owned by Hot Pixel, LLC and are
protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore,
you must treat the DVD and its contents as any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book
or musical recording).

Purchasing this DVD allows you the right to use it for personal, non-commercial,
educational purposes only. You may not make copies or derivative works of the DVD or
the copyrighted materials contained in the DVD except as authorized in this License
Agreement.

As the purchaser of the DVD, you may download and make personal copies of the
photographs/image files contained in the DVD onto a single personal computer operating
on a private network solely for the purpose of practice and following the DVD video
tutorial only. The photographs/image files may not be copied or distributed for private or
public display, either by physical print or electronically, including on the Internet,
regardless of whether the website or webpage is protected by password.

The DVD and its related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of
any kind. Hot Pixel, LLC expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws that
this License Agreement cannot change. Under no circumstances shall Hot Pixel, LLC be
liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or
the inability to use the DVD or its related documentation, even if Hot Pixel, LLC has
been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Hot Pixel, LLC’s
liability exceed the purchase amount paid for the DVD.

This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Washington State. If for any
reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion
thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the
maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of
this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
