Junrey R. Belando is a senior high school teacher in DepEd Dumaguete City.

He graduated with
remarkable scholastic records with full scholarship and a consistent dean ’s list awardee from Negros
Oriental State University (NORSU) Main Campus I with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education
major in Social Studies. He pursues his master’s program in the same university.

He also enjoys teaching in his home church where he regularly preaches. His passion in teaching was
also translated into print media when he was once a freelance writer for a coffee table magazine
published in Japan.

Belando is teaching Contact Center Services, Literature, Social Studies and Filipino subjects in
Dumaguete City High School. He was a subject matter expert with one of the BPO companies in Bacolod
City before he practiced his profession as a public school teacher. He is a certified regional trainer for
the TVL Track in senior high school under the K-12 program of the Department of Education.
