Classroom Work  ● Friendly reminder: all Christmas 

work was to be taken down 
before we left for the holidays. If 
you have any work remaining, 
please take it down ASAP 
● Continue to make sure the work 
posted outside of your 
classroom is standard related 
and has the standard and 
standard description posted 
with it. 
● Schedules should be displayed 
outside of classrooms. 
● Debra Simons will be joining one 
PLC in January/February to 
help with math planning; dates 
will be coming soon. 

Beaver Academy  ● Groups should be running at 

this time. Please remember to 
progress monitor and adjust 
accordingly. 
● The Read3D MOY can be 
completed during Beaver 
Academy time, however 
interventions must continue. 

Lesson Plans  ● A lesson plan folder has been 

revamped in the Wells Google 
folder. 
● Lesson plans are due Monday 
mornings by 8:00 AM in the 
correct location. 

Additional Google Folders  ● PLC Folder for minutes 

● Yearbook Folder for pictures 
(please help us out with this so 
at the end of the year we aren’t 
 scrambling) 

Field Trips  ● Ms. Rose will be taking over the 

field trips in the New Year.

updated and we should be 
using the new form.

● We are working with the 
custodians to improve the 
cleanliness of the building;

provided by DSS (mid-January).
