AIMS OF THE STUDY

The researcher choose this topic because we all know that one of the major
problem of our community right now is the out of school youth. Now a days, there are lot
of out of school youth that you can find everywhere in the street.Thats why we decided to
learn the real situation behind those smile they wear.

The researcher wanted to find a reason on why they choose to be like that. We
aim to know what really the reason why they choose to have a life like that, because we
see that many people judging them. They always said that these people “ Walang kwenta
, walang silbi and dapat mawala na sila sa mundong ito”. That is usually the words that
we heard when we see them talking about the out of school youth people. We aim to tell
those who desciminate the out of school youth that they are wrong on what they say. That
theres a reason why they become like that. We aim to tell people to know first before
judging others. Because some of them they become a out of school youth because of
their family. We aim to minimize those kind of problem. We aim to study on how help
them to be out of these kind of life. We wanted to help them to change their perspective
on life, usually some of them telling that maybe we will die being a out of school youth.
We wanted to encourage them that there a are lot of opportunities waiting for them. They
just have to be positive thinker,hard working and always persevere.
