Importance Issue Before Operation


Please follow the instruction and steps before bottles/Cans Mode changes:
1. Release the high pressure manual valve on Air-Pressure Controller.
2. Turn the switch to STOP (OFF) on operation panel.
3. Turn off the Conveyor Motor, Carton Transfer Motor, Vacuum Switch, Paper transfer
Motor, Hot Glue, hot glue Gun switches before next step.

Noted: If you need to have production right way after mode changed, please do not turn off
the hot glue machine, and be aware the high temperature of glue gun. Please do not touch to
avoid burn injury.

Noted:All the tools are in installation tool box

Measurement — Please replace the mold boxes and remember to measure and records the length of
the previous and current replacement, the width and height.

 Length Measurement—Last length minus current length


data and divide by 2, you will get the adjustment data.
Example:Last Packaging Box Length is 400mm, current
packaging Length is 360mm, then (400-360)/2=20 mm,
adjustment length will be 20mm.

 Width measurement—Last width minus current width


data, you will get the adjustment data.
Example:Last packaging box width is 270mm, current
packaging width is 250mm, then 270-250=20mm, it means
need to move 20mm.

 Height Measurement—Last height minus current height


data, you will get the adjustment data.
Example : Last packaging height is 300mm, current
packaging height is 240mm, then 300-240=60mm, it
drawing <一> means need to adjust down 60mm.

1. Mode change bottle pusher set (According to the machine model)

1-1. Depalletized Bottle Pusher set-


Step 1. Use 6mm hex wrench to
release 2pcs of M8 screw in A
part, and release the 【 Bottle
Pusher Mode Set】.
Step 2. When 1-2【Bottle Pusher Plate】
changed, then install the new
bottle type mode【New Bottle
Pusher Mode SET】.

1-2. Release Bottle Pusher—


Step 1. Use the Special Wrench
(Drawing), follow the drawing
and release the 2 screw nuts.
Step 2. Use 6mm Hex wrench to
release 2pcs of M8 screws.
Step 3. Take out all the parts in STEP3.

Step 4. Take off the parts at STEP4


【Bottle Pusher plates】

Step 5. Change the new spare parts


(Mold).
Note:For Change Parts【Bottle Push
Plate】, Please see 『Chapter 3:
Mold-Change parts』section.

1-3. Adjust Bottle Positioning Switch-


Step 1. Use 6mm Hex Wrench,
Counterclockwise the screw on
A part.
Step 2. Move B part switch to proper
position, then screw tight the
screws by counterclockwise.

Note:Adjust the number of tracks as a


result of changes in the extra limit
switches, please remove it.

1-4. Adjust for space between bottle


pusher and bottle stopper—
Step 1. Use Wrench to release
(counterclockwise) the screw on
Part A-1.
Step 2. Then Turn the B-1 Part Wheel,
adjust front and back part until
the suitable position.
Step 3. After commissioning testing
finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the
chart down below.

1-5. Spare Parts Positioning Correction—


Step 1. The high-pressure release valve
manually pushed into the pressure
entrance.
Step 2. Control Panel switch to manual
mode, press screen F1 then press
F3 to “4”bottle pusher position, and
then press F2 to retake the cylinder.
Step 3. The【Bottle Pusher Plate】and【Bottle
Pusher Strip Plate】might not on the
right position, put 【 Bottle Pusher
Strip Plate】 move left or right side
line up to the same position as
【Bottle Pusher Plate】, then screw
up the M8 Round Hex Wrench.
Step 4. After Positioning, please clockwise
the screw on C parts. Do not release
out during next positioning.

1-6. Adjustment for Cylinder Signal


Positioning—
Step 1. Press Screen F2 to regain the
cylinder, Check the cylinder signal
light (colors depends o n brand), if
not on, please move the cylinder to
light spot position.
Step 2. If everything is all correct, please
turn the switch to stop position to
prevent the accident.

2. Adjustment for Conveyor Track Plate


Step 1. Use 8mm Hex Wretch,
release the M10 screw on A
part by counterclockwise.
Step 2. Move【Track Plate】to left and
right and parallel with bottle
pusher plate, then screw
tight the M10 hex wrench.
Note:Please remove the track plate
if the track number changes.
Step 3. Place the bottle between
A two【Track Plate】,and see
rather is too loose or too
tight.

3. Adjustment for bottle dividing plate (According to the machine model)


Step 1. Use Wrench 17mm to
release the M10 screw on
part A.
Step 2. Then Use 【 Bottle Divider
Track Plate 】 parallel with
【 Conveyor Plate 】 , then
screw M10 clockwise un til
align
tight.
Note:Don’t Adjust when the motor
is on operation.
Step 3. After commissioning testing
finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the
chart down below.

4. Adjustment for Bottle falling detection mechanism

Step 1. Turn D part manually to the


proper scale position
D (Adjust up and down).
Step 2. Use 5mmhex wrench,
counterclockwise the M6
screw x 6 pcs on A part,
then move the detection
mechanism to the proper
position, then screw tight

5. Adjustment for Paper placement and paper transfer mechanism


Please turn the switch to OFF on control panel, Conveyor motor (OFF), To prevent the

accident.
5-1 Adjustment for carton paper
middle line left and right plate—
When Operator adjust the left and
right plate A, use the previous
carton paper A dimension minus
the current carton A dimension,
then will get the adjustment
dimension data. When Operator
back adjust the left and right plate B, the
same as above.
front Note:Previous carton paper A is

A is 220mm, then 240-200
back =20 mm, this will be the side
plate A need to move to
center 20mm of both side.

5-2 Adjust the side plate at the


back of carton paper—
Manually Adjust C part until the
proper position.
Note:When first time adjust the
Back side plate stand, until 2
side plate is already move
backward, then switch the C
part as backward manually,
replace the carton paper into
the section, then manually
adjust the handle 2~3mm
before the end. this will be
the final position.

release 4 of M8 screws.
Step 2. Let the paper pass out then
centre line turn the A part manually,
forward or backward until
the carton paper line (as
drawing) is parallel with the
centre line, then tighten the
front
screws.
Step 3. After commissioning testing

finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the

Top and Bottom Scales—
Step 1. Use 8mmHex Wrench,
release the B part 4 of M10
screw.
Step 2. Turn A part wheel, adjust D
part scale to the proper
position, then according
the scale tighten the M10
screw in B part.
Note:Please see page 2-1 [High
adjustment].
Ex. : According to [Height scale
adjustment] D part scale
need to adjustment down for
60mm. According to standard
scale.
Step 3. After commissioning testing
finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the
chart down below.

6-2 Left & Right Carton Folding


Mechanism—
Step 1. Use 8mmHex Wrench,
counterclockwise release
the A1、A2 down part M10
screw, then move B1、B2,
adjust until the proper
position, according to
standard scale, tighten the
M10 screw by clockwise.
Note:If there is no accurate data,
please follow the page 2-1
[Length measurement].
Step 2. After commissioning testing
finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the
chart down below.

screw by counterclockwise
Step 2. Use A part spare part move
front and back until proper
position or change A part’s
spare part.
Step 3. Then screw tight the M8

Note : D part’s spare part are
unmovable parts cannot
move or change (Special
Packaging needs to be
change.)

3~5mm more during the

Adjustment—
Step 1. Use 6mmHex Wrench, Release
the two of M8 Hex Screw in B
Part by counterclockwise.
Step 2. A part spare part move to proper
position, or change the A part’s
spare part, then tighten the M8
screw by clockwise.
Note:D part’s spare parts are unmovable
spare part. ( Special Packaging
needs to be change)
Note:Carton width can be add 3~5mm
more during the adjustment.
6-5 Back-Down Press C part spare part
adjustment—
Step 1. Use 6mm Hex Wrench release C
part M8 screw by
counterclockwise, then adjust C
part’s spare part and carton
length (E1 surface、E2 surface)
parallel, then tighten the M8
screw by clockwise.
Step 2. After commissioning testing
finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the chart
down below.

7. Carton Holder Mechanism Width Adjustment

Step 1. Use 19mm Wrench to


release the mechanism by
counterclockwise, and M 12
screw 4 pcs in B part.
Step 2. Then [Large open-end
wrench] insert to C part hex
spare part, adjust the A part
width, wrench face up for
reduce the A parts width,
wrench face down for
increase the A parts width.
Step 3. Adjust the correct width, then
tighten the M12 screw by
counterclockwise
Note:Adjust the Width dimension, if it
cannot reach the
predetermined width, then
release the M12 screw in B
part, and start operation again.
After finish the movement,
screw up the M12 screw tight.
Step 4. After commissioning testing
finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the
chart down below.

Scale—
Step 1. Use 8mm Hex wrench, release
the M10 screws in B1 part by
counterclockwise, then move
the A1 part front and back
adjustment to the proper
position, then tighten the M10
screw by clockwise.
Note:If there is no correct data, please
refer to Page 2-1 [Length
measurement].
Step 2. Left & Right Scale Adjustment
Note:Adjust the mechanism left and
right movement, if the last move
is correct, then no need to
adjust.
Step 3. After commissioning testing

counterclockwise.

10. Glue Spray Mechanism Set Adjustment


10-1 Front & Back Scale Adjustment—
Step 1. Use 8mm Hex Wrench, release
M10 screws in A part by
counterclockwise.
Step 2. Then move the B part front and
back adjustment to the proper
position, then tighten the M10
screw by clockwise.
Step 3. Another side of mechanism will
do the same adjustment.
Note:If there is no correct data, please
refer to Page 2-1 [Length
measurement].
10-2 Adjustment for Glue Spray Height—
Step 1. Use 8mm Hex Wrench, release
M10 screws in A part by
counterclockwise.
Step 2. Then move the D part front and
back adjustment to the proper
position, then tighten the M10
screw by clockwise.
Step 3. After commissioning testing
finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the
chart down below.

11. Carton Transfer Mechanism Adjustment


Before operating this action, please turn the operation switch and carton transfer motor
switch to OFF position on the touch screen, after all switch is turn OFF, then start the
adjustment operation for safety.
11-1 Front & Back Scale
Adjustment —
Step 1. Use 8mm Hex Wrench,
release M10 screws in A
part (Single Side) by
counterclockwise.
Step 2. Then adjust the B1,B2
spare parts to the proper
position, follow the standard
scales. Then tighten the
M10 screws by clockwise.
Step 3. Another side of mechanism
will be same adjustment.
Note:If there is no correct data,
please refer to Page 2-1
[Length measurement]
Step 4. After commissioning testing
finished, please adjust the
dimension and record to the
chart down below.

12. Side Press Mechanism


12-1 Release and change for side
plate—
Use 6mm Hex Wrench,
release 2 of M8 screws in A1
part, lift up and change the
side plate A, then screw tight
all M8 screws by clockwise.

release the M10 screw in C
part.
Step 2. Follow the standard scale.

13. Track Number Setting

For Track Number Setting, please refer and follow the operation manual Chapter 5【5-5.1Track
Number Setting instruction】

14. Glue Spray Time Adjustment

1. For Front Spray Nozzle adjustment, please refer and follow the instruction of operation
manual Chapter 5【5-6.2Fron Spray Time Adjustment】. For this section, the setting for carton
number is all use the same data, no need to set up again.
2. For both side of Nozzle Spray Time, please refer and follow the instruction of Chapter 5
【5-6.2~5-6.5】

Before the Operation, please make sure all the operator and tools are all clear on the

operation area to prevent the accident.

15. All Adjustment check point

1. Check all the mechanism scale data correction.


2. Check the correction of glue spray adjustment.
3. Check the air-pressure flow.
4. Check the operation screen switch are in ON position, switch are in the AUTO position.
5. Check the Glue Spray Machine is already start and well heating.
6. Start The Production Line Operation

Index of operator maintenance specifications


Please leaking the air from the air pressure adjustment of high pressure valve

by manual and switch the button of the Operation display screen to stop and
turn OFF the switch of Transporting case motor, Carton motor, Vacuum switch,
Paper feeder motor, Hot melt glue machine, Glue gun ,then turn the power off
before proceeding below maintenance.

When proceeding below process, please pay attention on body protection and

wearing the protect equipment when maintaining, be aware the temperature of


the hot melt glue gun is very high, please don’t touch to avoid burned.

一、Daily maintenance action:


After completion of work every day, clean the inside of the machine with high-pressure
gas nozzle to remove paper debris dust, wipe clean outside.

二、Weekly maintenance action:

a. Check reducer to see if there has oil leakage.

e. Check net type conveyor operation for strange noise and vibration.

f. Open up electric box and check electric parts for looseness or wire selector for

abnormal conditions.

(Turn off power supply before open.)

g. Check the emergency stop push button outside the machine for normal operation.

h. Check operation switch for smooth operation.

i. Remove and clean vacuum paper filter, and clean paper debris from suction dish

high-pressure pipe internal. Refer to page 5-15.

j. Add oil to all ball bearings for maintenance (refer to page 5-9).

k. Clean filter mesh of hot melt adhesive machine, once every half-year.

Hot melt adhesive machine filtration mesh cleaning procedure diagram

I. Main machine heating tank f iltration mesh cleaning procedure

1. First, lower the pump adjuster pressure to 0 kg.


2. Open up the adhesive discharge valve located at the
manifold seat of the machine.
3. After all the residue adhesives are discharges, use 1/2
inch or 13 mm wrench to dismantle the machine
filtration mesh from the manifold seat.
4. Use clean mop (best use non-nylon material and cotton
will not fall out) wipe clean the filter mesh of the main
machine.
5. Raise the pressure of the pump adjuster to 1 kg.
Discharge all residue carbonized compounds inside the
manifold valve, until clean.
6. Replace the wipe clean main machine filtration mesh
back to the manifold valve seat. Use hand to tighten.

II. Main machine heating tank adhesive discharge valve cleaning procedure

1. First, lower the pump adjuster pressure to 0 kg.

2. Use fillip driver counter clock wisely rotate the adhesive


discharge valve. Then gradually increase the pressure of the
pump pressure adjuster until hot melt adhesive flow out the
adhesive discharge valve.

3. At the end, lower the pressure of the pump adjuster to 0 kg,


then use fillip driver clock wisely rotate the adhesive
discharge valve. Use hand to tighten.

Note: when cleaning item A main machine filtration mesh, clean once every two weeks. If the
dismantled filtration mesh is not dirty, the time between cleaning may be extended.
When cleaning item B main machine adhesive discharge valve, clean once per weeks. If
the discharged hot melt adhesive from the adhesive discharge is not dirty, the time
between cleaning may be extended.

Hot melt adhesive specifications: 301A

Description 301A is a kind of EVA base resin that is used for hot melt adhesive. It possesses
short setting time and good adhesion to corrugated paper-board without wax or
water repellent. It is suitable for box-making (side and top) that packaged small
paper containers, tin cans, bottles and plastics which is filled with contents already.
The temperature of the contents is less than 45 ℃.

Description 3246 is a hot melt adhesive that uses EVA as base. It has extremely short opening

768D2 Hot Melt Adhesive


Tex Year hot melt adhesive for automatic packaging can be applied to fast carton closing production

Notice 1. Open time is changeable, depending upon the nature of the substrate,
application temperature, thickness of adhesive applied, room temperature
and closing pressure.
2. Do not touch the molten adhesive. In case of burns from hot adhesive,
immediately flush skin with cold water and cover with a clean dressing, do not
remove adhesive. Have burn treated by a physician.
3. All surfaces should be clean and free of loose elements.
4. Do not heat the adhesive over 180℃ in prolonged time to avoid material
decomposition and consequent decreased properties.
5. Always keep containers tightly capped when not in use.

Note Product color may vary due to different raw material batch. This variation does not
impact on properties.

FAD Product compositions meet FDA Food Grade 21 CFR 175.105 -Adhesives.

1. When cleaning out paper debris, install filter cup, open up counter
clockwisely. Then, in counter clockwise direction open the internal filter
mesh (1). Use high-pressure gas nozzle to clean out (note that there is a
black gas seal rubber ring on the filter cup). Then, open (2), (3), and (4) air
pressure pipe. Similarly, use high-pressure gas nozzle to clean out the
internal. After all the paper debris are removed. Replace all parts.
2. The cleaning action shall be carried out at least once per week.
3. The filter mesh shall be replaced once per year.

Timetable for parts exchange

Wrap Around Packing Machine

Timetable below uses for torn parts exchange of each mechanism, when checking the torn
damage which parts if still useable, in order to affect other relevant parts use and boost the torn
percentage, it's recommended immediately to renew parts. Time of parameter is shown roughly
for reference, actual torn scale depends on machine maintenance, if machine use is over 2-3 period
of time (8h per each period) each day, please reduce below time for reference.

Before to execute below items for exchanging maintenance, please release manually the

high-air pressure valve on air-pressure adjustment mechanism, switch to" Stop" on


operation panel, switch to “OFF" on conveyor motor, delivery motor, vacuum switch,
paper-delivery motor, glue spraying gun, and switch main power to “OFF", when parts
exchange.

When executing below items, make sure to body protection, to wear body protective goods,

especially hot temperature on glue spraying gun, avoid burning injury occurs.

CHAPTERⅩ
Guarantees

Guarantees:
1. The guarantee covers the replacement f.o.c. of the parts that are comprised in the supply and
those acknowledged to bear manufacturing faults or are materials that contribute to the
incorrect function of the machine.
2. Herewith guarantees with which the products supplied for a 12-month period as of from the
date of the start up but however, not more than 18 months from the date of the relative
invoice.
3. As for the electrical and electronic parts, the guarantee lasts for 6 months from the start up
date but however, not more than 12 months from the date of the relative invoice.
4. Merchandise that is supplied under guarantee will be delivered with pre-paid freight and
packaging.
5. For any part that is damaged and/or broken, the Customer must send written advice to
suppliers indicating the serial number of the machine and the description of the article with its
relative code number.
6. Suppliers reserves the right to request the return of the goods replaced under guarantee in
order to carry out its own inspections.
7. Failure in returning eventual materials requested, entails automatic termination of the
Guarantee.
8. The guarantee covers also workmanship in the case of:
- Significant damages on the main gears either reducers or shafts
- Significant damages on the electric cabinet
9. The guarantee does not cover workmanship in the case the materials can be easily replaced
according to the instructions included in the Maintenance Manuals supplied by Suppliers
along with the equipment.

NOTE: Any intervention of Suppliers which results to be the Customer’s fault or caused by
inability of Client’s operators to replace the parts according to the Maintenance Manuals,
the cost for the intervention will be invoiced to the Customer according to the Suppliers’
After Sales Service Dept. tariffs.

Exclusion:
The guarantee does not cover the following parts that result to be faulty due to:
1. Negligence and carelessness whilst handling
2. Inattentiveness of the instructions in the user manual
3. Unexpected changes to the voltage of the network to which the machine is attached
4. Faults that are caused by inductive/electrostatic discharges created by lightning or other
external phenomenon
5. Incorrect installation of original spare parts
6. Use of spare parts that are not of our manufacture
7. Maintenance that has been carried out by unskilled or unauthorized personnel
8. All situations that, in any case, cannot be attributed to faults in manufacture of the supply

The wear and tear parts are not included.

NOTE: Replacement of parts having been damaged under the above conditions will take place
upon payment according to the prices of the suppliers’ After Sales Service Dept.
