Project Description

This is a 3-year program which will strengthen, and institutionalize the different wholesome activities
envisioned by Catarman 1 Central School, Catarman 1 District in the Division of Northern Samar.

Primarily, it serves to provide the school management and stakeholders information on the
implementation and achievement of programs and projects based from the SRC, SBM Level and SIP.

This also serves as basis for determining appropriate approaches / strategies, Improve Teachers
Performance for personal growth and professional development; Community involvement, efficient
/effective delivery of instructions; Classroom management; and record management.

This program will focus on the four major concerns of the learners:

 academic development

 spiritual enhancement

 participation to co-curricular activities

 infrastructure

Rationale

The school head and concerned stakeholders will be empowered to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
in the implementation of all streamlined activities in relevance to the DepEd’s thrust as embodied in
Republic Act 10533.

A monthly consultative conference with every Grade Chairman relative to monthly celebration
implementation will be conducted.

After which consultative conference with the General PTA & HRPTA to confer on relevant issues and
concerns in order to come up with sound decisions, policy recommendations and guidelines

The basis of which is the strengthened RA 9155 which devolves governance of education to schools
through SBM, by:

 empowering of school teams & personnel


 expanding community participation and involvement
 making the delivery of education services to the learners more responsive and efficient

Delivery Modes

Every activity conceived from the consultative conferences will be perceived and prioritized based from
the seriousness, urgency and gravity of the situation
All the findings, recommendations, and technical assistance will be treated with utmost and righteous
consideration and safekeeping.

General Objectives

To enhance the academic performance, health and moral values formation of the learners and
strengthen the physical condition of Catarman 1 Central School.

Specific Objectives

 Maximize the development of pupils’ potentials;
