Night Shift.

Simone looked down at the hand around her wrist.

“Very well,” she said, “outside in the alley, now.”
Liam followed her out, drinking in the rear view. This was going to be good!
“Stand by the wall, there.” she told him. He had a good view of her undressing by the dumpster. She evidently
intended to get fully naked. Cool! He’d known she would get freaky.
He watched as she removed her shirt and carefully placed it on the dumpster. Not as big as he had expected, but
they jiggled nicely. She stepped out of her shoes and then out of her skirt and underwear. These too were placed on the
dumpster. Nicely shaved, Liam noted with approval.
She looked towards him. A trick of the light made her eyes appear yellow. Should he get it out now, Liam
wondered, or would she want to do it? Was it time to unleash the beast?
She stepped towards him, passing into a band of shadow. Her eyes caught the light.
Odd, she looked taller in the darkness. What came out of the shadow was much bigger than Simone. And much
hairier.
“Christ! No!” gasped Liam. He ran, bouncing off the alley wall in his effort to keep away from the thing.
Simone watched him depart. He would have been easy to track and catch, even without the smell of fresh urine he
had left behind.
She shifted back and dressed again, then made her way back into the bar.
“Sausages, bacon. Some steak if you have it. I’m really hungry!”
