As a pillar of the body, the spine affects significantly the way we work mechanically and we

are at the mercy of the posture habits. The way we manage the spine has been created over
the years. We often mimic our parents or other adults around us in the attitudes we adopt.
B1

Many patients initially do not understand the concept of poor posture that initially causes
dysfunction and subsequent injury. The long-term but sometimes short-term consequences
of adopting a bad attitude may be particularly damaging. Any dysfunction in the spine may
affect the entire body. (S1)

Inappropriate attitude is the most common predatory factor that sneakily makes the b.
vulnerable to additional mechanical stress (B1). As a result, the relationship between normal
spine curves and thus the mechanics of the human body is disturbed, leading to mechanical
malfunctions with wrong-compensating patterns of attitude prevailing.

Mechanical neck pain, back pain and back pain are symptoms of the above incorrect
postures, caused by the exercise of forces in the anatomical structures of the cervical
(AMMS), thoracic (SCM) and lumbar spine (SCMS). (B17)

If the wrong posture is maintained for a long time it is likely to lead to permanent damage
and to a pattern of dysfunction in the movement of the body, which in turn leads to pain
and pathology. (S1)
