To Whom It May Concern:

Over the past few months, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dillon as my student
teacher during the fall semester. During that time, Dillon exhibited all qualities that
would make him an excellent Physical Education Teacher. He is punctual, prepared, and
has a caringness for children that is unparallel. The following are reasons why I highly
recommend Dillon for a position in Physical Education.

As an assistant coach of the football program, it was an absolute pleasure working with
Dillon. Right from the start, Dillon was extremely eager to get involved whether it was
running a drill or assisting with the scout team, he was willing to help in any capacity.
From that point on, we know as a staff, we had a unique young man. As a result, we
assigned Dillon to not only continue to assist with the scout team but also work with
wide receivers during our offensive individual segments.

Like football, Dillon has the same passion and eagerness for Physical Education. It was
only the second week that Dillon went from strictly observing, to teaching 2-3 classes a
day. By the start of week three, he was teaching at a full time capacity. Development and
implementation of lessons were developmentally appropriate for elementary students.
However, given the fact that all students develop differently, he had modifications, for all
lessons, to meet the needs for all children. In addition, Dillon had a great deal of pride to
ensure that every student was actively engaged during the lesson

Dillon is a unique individual due to his determination to succeed in life. Dillon views all
experiences as learning experiences and continually strives to improve. His ability to
function as a leader is what makes him an asset to our profession.

It is with great pride that I recommend Dillon Chichester.
