ACTIVITY: “RESEARCH PROPOSAL CONSULTATIONS”


FOR S.Y. 2017-2018 RESEARCHES”

Participants: 126 participants composed of Members of the SDRC, District Research
Coordinators, Master Teachers
Description: Half-day Live-out “RESEARCH PROPOSAL CONSULTATIONS”
FOR S.Y. 2017-2018 RESEARCHES” as technical assistance in the conduct
of research proposals 2017-2018.

Objectives: The following were the specific objectives of the conduct of the activity:
a. To promote an environment of evidenced-based policy and
decision-making, DepEd institutionalized research and its
utilization in policy and program development Other matters;
b. Provide suggestions to researchers on how their research will be
further improved.

RESULTS: The identified objectives and targets for the activity were met.

The following were the outputs based on the objectives of this


meeting.
a. Submission of Action Research Proposals
b.

Participants’ Active involvement of participants was evident during the


Feedback discussions of their research proposals. Reactions and comments
were entertained during the session. Suggestions and revisions were
properly considered.

Management of the Activity
The workshops were managed by the PRU personnel, District Research
Coordinators and division personnel.
Logistics Arrangements
The PRU staff coordinated with the concerned authorities for the venue,
food and other facilities that helped for the successful conduct of the
activity.
