STASE KEPERAWATAN GAWAT DARURAT

The first time I entered the practice at the Stage I was in the ICU room where the room
was to handle the patient's problem with emergency department.

In the ICU room the first day I immediately found the patient with seizures and the patient was
directly handled by a senior nurse in the room and I also helped to deal with the patient.

On the second day my friend and I were taught by CI ICU how to operate the infusion
pump and siring pump, here how do we adjust the droplet / amount of fluid we will give to the
patient according to the needs that are needed.

In addition to infus pump and siring pump, my friend and I also teach how to monitor ventilator
tools such as how to measure blood pressure, install SPO2, and turn off the alarm when it
sounds.

The next day the CI in the room does / gives an example for AGD and EKG intrepetation.
Here we are required to understand or be able to read the results of the ECG we do and also must
be able to analyze the results of the AGD. Also on the fourth day I was taught by the senior nurse
how to calculate the intake output in the patient in the ICU room, whether the needed fluid
requirement is appropriate or vice versa.

Once in the ICU I moved in the IGD room. At this IGD I really feel at home here,
because this is in addition to the senior nurse, midwives and doctors are very comfortable to do
cooperation for the action on the patient and also here a lot of action in getting. And that's the
kind of action I get.

In this IGD room I was really guided by how to do the actions and experiences of the big
things where I was told the senior nurse to sew the wound on the patient who had an accident or
tear wound.

After I finished the practice at the ER I feel like to work in the ruanagn, hopefully what I
want materialized. Amen
