405 9:00 FM PD, CPPO CNR CAPIDMB 0227-228. Report on RIR in Recorded
AM Homicide that was transpired at about 8:30 PM of February 27,
2018 along National Highway of Brgy. Dadda, Tuguegarao City
wherein the victim is Cornelio Raganas y Arias, 47 year old,
married and resident of Brgy Dadda, Tuguegarao City while the
suspect is Jason Pardian y Pasion, 21 year old, married, laborer
and resident of Asengavia, Baggao,Cagayan. Investigation shows
that prior to the incident, suspect was driving his Honda Beat
motorcycle without attached plate number traversing along
National High Way of Barangay Dadda, Tuguegarao City facing
north direction. Upon reaching the place of incident, the victim
crossed the highway and during the process of crossing, the
motorcycle accidentally bumped the victim. As a result, the
motorcycle was turned down and incurred an estimated cost of
damages, while the driver fell into the ground with the victim.
Victim was rushed by a concern citizen at People’s General
Hospital but it was declared by his attending physician Dr. Minerva
Battung dead on arrival and while suspect was also rushed by
Rescue 111 at Cagayan Valley Medical Center for medical
treatment. Moreover, a certain Alex Bosi y Villanueva, 46 year old,
married, farmer also a resident of same Baranagay presented the
photographs he had taken from the accident scene to the
investigator. The victim is now lying at Infinity Funeral, Ugac
Highway, Tuguegarao City. Investigation is still going on and

AM on Theft Incident. Please be informed that between 10:00 AM to
11:00 AM of February 28, 2018, a theft incident was committed at
Cagayan Sports Complex, San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City wherein
the victim is Sophia Lei Lazo y Gumarang, 12 years old, grade 6
pupil of Ballesteros Elementary School, CAVRAA athlete and a
resident of Centro East, Ballesteros, Cagayan while the suspect is
unidentified. Investigation shows that while the victim was with the
crowd at said place, she discovered that her bag was opened and
upon checking her personal belongings, she found out that her
cellular phone, which is described as SAMSUNG J7, was missing
and she strongly believed that it was stolen by unknown culprit/s.

AM on Violation of Article 168 of the RPC (Illegal Possession and
use of False Treasury or Bank Notes). Please be informed that
about 6:15 PM of February 28, 2018 at Diadi Public Market, Brgy.
Poblacion, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya. Imelda Perez y Sia, 40 years
old, married, laundress, a resident of Brgy. Bagong Silang,
Caloocan City, NCR was arrested for Violation of Article 168 of the
RPC. Investigation conducted by PO2 Borja JCD
 (CP#09453505588) disclosed that the suspect bought nine (9)
pieces of red egg and pay One Thousand Peso bill (Php 1,000.00)
to Mylene Estimada y Gonzales (Victim), 23 years old, single,
market vendor, a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Diadi, Nueva
Vizcaya. When the victim verified the genuity of money, she found
out that it was fake which prompted her to call for help to the
nearby stalls. The Stall owners directly informed the patrol team of
Diadi PS led by PINSP MELCHOR A BALINTAD, DCOP,
regarding the incident and immediately they respond on the said
place. Upon arrival at the place of incident, the victim pinpointed
the suspect and turned over the alleged fake One thousand Peso
Bill (Php 1,000.00) with serial number AC758207 to the
responding team that urged them to arrest the suspect, appraised
of her rights and then brought to Diadi PS for documentation and
proper disposition. Investigation still on going. Progress Report will

AM on Violation of RA 9165. Please be informed that at about 9:00
P.M. of February 28, 2018 at Purok 6, Area-3, Barangay
Naggasican, Santiago City, SDEU personnel of Police Station 1
led by PSI FLORENTINO C. MAWIRAT JR., Intelligence and
Investigation Officer, under the supervision of PCI ROLANDO L
GATAN; CIB, SCPO under the supervision of PCI RAFAEL
CABONITALLA; and PDEA RO2 led by SO2 Romarico P.
Pagulayan arrested Marcelino Mabanag Bayang (newly
identified), 36 years old, married, helper and a resident of Purok
6, Area-3, Barangay Naggasican, Santiago City for Violation of RA
9165. Prior to the arrest of the suspect, information received from
a confidential informant that the suspect was peddling shabu in
the area. Discreet monitoring was conducted and upon
confirmation of his illegal activity, an anti-illegal drug operation
(buy-bust) was initiated. The suspect was arrested for selling one
(1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance believed to be Methamphetamine
Hydrochloride or “Shabu” to a Police poseur buyer in
consideration of Php500.00 bearing serial nos. ZP227971. The
said buy bust money was recovered from his direct possession.
The suspect is now under the custody of Police Office 1 while the
seized item was turned-over to PNP Crime Laboratory Office,
Santiago City for weighing and confirmatory test. A case for
violation of Section 5, Article II of RA 9165 against him is now
being prepared by Police Station 1 for referral at the City
Prosecutor’s Office, Santiago City. Progress report to follow. IOC:
