I,m Miguel Erasmo Lemus Guzmán, have 40 years Old, my experiences is

relacionated with the design, video edition and systems management,
likewise in 15 year I have learned management of human talent, I adapt
easily to any situation and work environment,

valuable, as could give all my knowledge in different areas, train to the
people what integrate the company in I work under pressure, likewise I have
no limitations to work at any time and place

My principal strength is the adaptability, likewise work under pressure, the use
of adobe tools and creativity

My weakness is the perfectionism, I do not stop doing an activity until it meets

all my parameters, I do not tolerate defeat and conformism

This company is a more important, in the advertising medium and my
principal objective is strength my knowledge y gain experience, likewise also

My last job did not contribute to my personal growth, you could see the labor
exploitation and the Low salary, and I withdraw from my previous job at my
own request.

7. What is your greatest achievement?

My greatest achievement is my family and laboriously is to have obtained my

degree as a multimedia producer technology and have won prizes for better
creative work.
8. Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it...

A difficult situation for me was that when the operating system of my

computer was damaged and I was doing a job for a complicated client
being over time, I solve it thanks to the fact that I keep the information that I
keep in the cloud.
9. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Positioned as the more important designer in this company, creating a

magazine where be observe the work of different people of the common,
directing the creative area and gain prizes for company.
