were held at the meeting to select new board members:
President – Peter Delfyett; Managing Director & Trea-

Paul Gueye. In addition, we appointed four Ex-Officio
members on the Board: Chanda Prescod-Weinstein,
Erica Morgan, Stephen Robinson and Byron Freelon.

In the first quarter of 2010, NSBP has been involved

in developing plans for continuing the Joint NSBP/
NSHP Annual Conference. Decisions are being final-

will be forthcoming soon. To facilitate this and other
activities, NSBP is considering amending its Constitu-
