In the present case KPMG collects all the details including the details of the
superannuation, visa and work permits, basic protocols, tax permits and thus, the
employer has the basic idea of what the employee needs and what he has. The
privacy policy states that the information will be collected through a questionnaire
and it is to be stored personally without telling the details to anyone else. It also
states that with the use of their websites and information you provide to us through
contact mailboxes or through the registration process on their websites and this will
is of the person providing the information. Thus, the consent is required and all the
basic requirements are followed regarding the privacy polcy.

The Australian Privacy law is the basic law which collects personal information about the person
information or an opinion about a known person, Like, and others must be keep in safe, such as

awareness of the situation, The privacy policy also discloses that the basic

company. Such the information is also kept safe and whenever needed the official
incharge can get the access to such information.

 what we find about it

 While going through the Australian laws, it could be seen that it basically states that all
the personal information is required to be kept safe and whenever in need it is to be accessed by
the incharge and no other person will be given the opportunity to access to that information. Also
sometimes the authorities ask for the information required urgently so it is through the
information collected that the company easily report the same (Australian Government, 2014)

 recommend for changes the policy:

I recommend that more focus is required to be kept on the heathcare as there is

just a small clause available for it and the bigger issue is not defined. The
company should particularly dedicate a clause to the healthcare in their policy but
no specification has been given for the same which is required as sometimes a
person dies without any legitimate clause as the company does not have
information so it will be held liable for the same.

The company’s basic policy has a particular procedure and company is required to follow up
with the same procedure. So, in the present case the company policy should be such that
everyone knows what is to be done and what follow up line is to be taken care of. (website

As per the privacy law of Europe, the law is not so stringent and till the time the action is taken it
is already late. It is very difficult for the companies to act on it as it includes a lot of procedure
And also the privacy policy including all agency, workplace and other date is kept safe and
private. It also believes in the fact that all the data is to be kept safe without the interference of
