The Roll-out Training on Population and Development which was held on March 2, 2013

was a successful one. The participants were enlightened on the importance Birth spacing. The

students and parents actively participated in the workshop and very eager to give their own

feedbacks and comments. The Roll-out training was truly informative and it was well done.

Accomplishment Report on Parenting Seminar

September 5, 2013 is one of the unforgettable date that parents in San Isidro High School

will remember. For it is the day where they encountered an excellent resource speaker experts

and inclined in parenting, yes indeed every parents actively listened as Atty. Corazon David

speak of the importance of the role of the parents in molding their children attitudes, outlook in

life. As expected a lot of inquiry was raised by the parents and it was legally answered by atty.

Accomplishment Report on Drug Abuse/Prevention

October 3, 2012 is the day when we conducted the Symposium on Drug

Abuse/Prevention. The select teachers of San Isidro High School acted as the resource speakers

headed by Mrs. Milagros R. Laxa whose topic was on Drug Addiction, Mrs. Carmelita Manalang

for the prohibited drugs, Laws on Drug addiction by Mrs. Marcela B. Guevarra and Workshop

headed by Mrs. Evelyn C. Alinio. The Symposium was participated in by the students of San

Isidro High School.

INTRODUCTION:
Every school year is a challenge towards the attainment of goals. Education has its vision
and mission aimed to improved the quality of life of students. In such, attempts was undertaken
by the school, parents and teachers coordinate efforts to realized the desire ends.

I. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
 Grouping of students was made through a assessment test using the Division
level test used in the prevision years.
 1st runner up Division Level SSG Leadership on Miss Fashionista.
 Increased achievement test results in Division Regional level tests.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT


 In service training on the formulation of objectives on cognitive affective and
psychomotor domains.
 Orient teachers on methodology and teaching strategies.
 Encouraged participation of teachers on trainings and seminars on the subject
area.

III. INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT


Film showing and access to internet scheduled on recent trends in history and culture.

IV. PHYSICAL DDEVELOPMENT


Supplementary reading materials, globes student made available in all classroom.

V. ORGANIZATION
Regularly attended meetings on organization as SSG and its federation.

S.Y. 2010-2011
INTRODUCTION:
Good planning towards a goal in prerequisite to satisfactory performance. This school
year, much was done to improve instruction for better learning outcomes. This year patient
features in the program were accomplished.

I. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
 Increased proficiency level in the Achievement Test of the Division by 2%
 Inset training on the budget of work per year level was conducted in the
school.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT


 Conducted in service training school level based on new trends in trashing
Araling Panlipunan.
 Formulated program of work for teachers advisers teaching Araling
Panlipunan.

III. INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT


Recycled materials were used in the production of teaching aids.

IV. PHYSICAL DDEVELOPMENT


Classrooms were equipped qith magazines, journals periodicals of historical and cultural
significance.

V. ORGANIZATION
Re-registered and renewed membership in cluster and Division level organization.

VI. EXTENSION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES


Homeroom meeting were regularly monitored to evaluate project implementation.
