 Social Studies Department—Supervise and manage the social studies
department, work with PLC/Content teams with intervention and EOC prep,
provide coaching/mentoring support for teachers
 Discipline for 7th and 8th grade students. Initiated staff development in critical
writing in all content areas. Started incentive program for attendance.
