Jamaican Field Service Project — Spring 2014


Project included: Life changing opportunity to work with students with special needs utilizing
Music Therapy skills, traveling to different locations, including homeless shelters, hospitals, and
schools in Jamaica, and being aware of and abiding by cultural differences.

Music in Special Education Practicum — Fall 2013 & Spring 2014


Project included: Teaching music to students with special needs, knowing proper skills to teach
students at different levels of education, challenging myself in difficult situations, utilizing my
knowledge on music education, popular music, and different music techniques.

OTHER EXPERIENCE

Texas Roadhouse, Plattsburgh, NY — Server


MARCH 2016- PRESENT
Duties include: Customer service, making sure all guests have their food and drinks in a timely
manner, completing all side work to ensure cleanliness and all things are ready for next shift.

OCTOBER 2015- PRESENT
Duties include: Making sure all sales and finances are accounted for, fixing issues in the front of
the house, customer service.

Duties include: Customer Service, making sure all guests are seated and cared for at a timely and
appropriate manner. Other duties include traveling to different areas as a Corporate Trainer to
provide training to employees in new Texas Roadhouse restaurants.

AUGUST 2012 - MAY 2014

Duties included: Two weeks of training, enforcing campus policies to 20-25 students living in
dorms, act as a mentor, comply with on-call responsiblities, handle crisis situations, communicate
with University Police, write incident reports, and facilitate student events.
