About Us
FOSTIIMA Business School has been conceived, funded and managed by the alumni of IIM, Ahmedabad. Founded by Friends Of the class of PGP Seventy
Three of IIMA and hence the name FOSTIIMA Business School came about. The Indian Institutes of Management are unable to meet the growing demand for
managers of the expanding Indian economy. FOSTIIMA aims to identify talent and develop therein leadership skills to create a pool of managers for the new
emerging India. Over the past five years FOSTIMA has developed into a movement where several more IIM and IIT alumni have contributed with the sole intent
of ‘giving back’ to the Society at large. The knowledge and experience they acquired at these premium institutions is to be shared with the new generation of
managers. Today more than 50+ IIM Alumni are directly providing inputs at FOSTIIMA, across our campuses in Delhi and Mumbai - in Management, Curriculum
Design, Content Development, and, as Faculty.

Placement Records
Excellent Placements is one of the greatest strengths of FOSTIIMA B-School. FOSTIIMA believes that its prime responsibility to ensure that all its Students get
placed in well known Corporates as per their specialization and abilities. Many FOSTIIMA Summer Interns receive PPOs (Pre Placement Offers i.e. offer of a
regular job) from the Corporate satisfied with their performance during the Internship. The alumni [who have now spent three years in the corporate world] are
performing most satisfactorily. Most of the corporates that visited FOSTIIMA for placements have returned for recruitments again the next year. The
compensations offered were at par with the older premier B-Schools. For instance, Citibank offered a CTC of Rs. 8.10 lacs pa; Britannia Industries offered Rs. 11
lacs pa; Avalon Consulting offered Rs. 10.50 lacs pa; ICICI Bank offered Rs. 6.05 lacs pa; SKS Microfinance offered Rs. 6 lacs pa.

Admission Criteria:Candidates for the UG Program in Management should have cleared the 10 + 2 examination conducted by the CBSE or State Boards.

Infrastructure Overview: FOSTIIMA is located in a modern, purpose built fully air-conditioned building in the very heart of South Delhi. The lecture halls are
fitted with the very latest and most effective multimedia teaching aids. Aesthetic interiors, Wi-Fi internet access create an environment conducive to effective
learning. FOSTIIMA is equipped with a high capacity data processing centre and an ultra modern computer laboratory. Interactive Smart boards and hi speed
broadband both at college as well as hostel ensure total connectivity of students at all times.
Hostel Details: Quality of accommodation is made available to all the outstation students who desire it. These accommodations shall provide students with a
comfortable and homely environment. We ensure that the hostels supervised by us are secure, healthy and comfortable.
Laboratory Details:The Institute has a well-equipped computer laboratory boasting of the latest softwares. The softwares are provided as per the requirement of
the students and faculty. Classes are so scheduled that the students get hundred percent computers' availability.
Classrooms Details: All the classrooms are well furnished.
Library Details:The Institute's library is equipped with the latest books on all relevant topics. It also subscribes to a number of useful periodicals, journals, and
magazines, both national and international. Students have access to research sites & e-books as well.
