Certain pointers to keep in mind

-mobile app doesn't need username as it is mapped to your registered mobile number and thus no one
else can login using others mobile. Thus it just asks for pin

View Statement

- ask for which type of accoubt

-within that which account as customers can have multiple savings account /credit cards etc under one
customer id

-check for duration and provide an outer limit of say 1 year. Beyond that we have to take a request and
then mail it on the customers mail id

- give an option to view on the app, download in the form of pdf Excel csv etc

Fixed deposit /recurring depsit

View case

- show all the fd /Rd in one view with account no, amount, interest rate and maturity in different
coloums

- give option to select oneof the rows to get more info

Open fd/rd

-first ask which account to debit from savings or currenr

- ask for duration

- ask for amount

- ask for how to make payment for interest rate I. E. At maturity, quarterly, half yearly, yearly. Check this
against the tenor of the fd/rd

-suggest what interest rate is on offer for the inputted tenor

-then take a confirmation

- there is a small difference in fd and Rd (in Rd, you have to ask for total tenor for which the customer
wants to be deducted monthly amount and what amount to be deducted monthly .)

Transfers

- types of transfer type 1- within accounts, within bank, inter bank

- interbank types type 2 - imps, neft, RTGS, other modes available with the bank
- first ask which type from type 1

- then ask which type from type 2 if interbank selected

Type 1 transfer (within accounts)

- ask for amount

-when to transfer I. E. Immediate or on a specific date

-ask for confirmation using pin

Within same bank

-ask for account number(in case of new beneficiary go to add beneficiary section) or beneficiary name

-amount

-when to transfer I. E. Immediate or on a specific date

-confirmation using pin (in India we have otp also)

Inter-bank

-account number or beneficiary name

-amount

-when to transfer I. E. Immediate or on a specific date

-confirmation using pin

Add beneficiary

- ask for account number

- full name

-nick name

-Ifsc code (onlyif inter bank)

- check for validity of Ifsc code

-tale a confirmation

- ask for activation

-send an activation code to mobile number


-ask for activation code

-inform the customer that the beneficiary will. Be available for transfer after X mins

Transfer History

- ask for which accoubt

-show last 5 transfer done through a specific account (beneficiary name, amount, date)

Scheduled transfers

-ask which accoubt

-date (today or future date only)

-show the scheduled transfers

Loan accounts

existing accounts

show loan account statement repayment schedule

-ask for which account from the list

- show outstanding amount, interest rate, next repayment date and next due date

- mail the repayment schedule on the registered mail. Id
