Job Role: Executive for HR Infra department, GEM Inc.

Job Description:

 Job Title: Executive in HR accommodation department.


 Job Location: GITAM UNIVERSITY, Vishakhapatnam.
 Job Summary: To ensure that all the events are going as per schedule. Mainly the job
is on last three days of GEM. We have to make sure that all the stall were installed for
the event. And also we have to arrange all the help desks.
 Reporting to Team leader, Asst manager. manager and manager about the
arrangements made informing received feedback from the event organizers and also
check all the events are going as planned, we have to be there if any help required.
 Job Duties: To check the requirements for the events like cricket, photography, and
allotting the rooms for different events, to allot eight members for a specific task. We
also check the tickets at the entry gate on final day.
 Job specifications:
 Job skills: Strong physical abilities are required for the executive as he should be
able to do the tasks quickly by communicating the problems with the team leader
in a way for the successful completion of the task assigned by his managers and
see that every task is going according to the plan in a given stipulated time.
 Job Responsibilities: We have should check and should in contact with the team
leader and ensure that no problem with the events going.
 Job characteristics: The executive has to work according to the work allotted by
team leader should perform periodic tasks of employee from one task to another
and see that the degree of execution and evaluation of task increases.
 Job attributes: The executives should communicate with his team members,
team leaders and organizers event should know the information from his superiors
time to time for proper coordination of the team without causing any
inconvenience to the students coming for the participation and see that everything
is going well according to the plan.
