We are pleased to inform you that you have been appointed to the position of:

Management Representative for assuring that the requirements of SUPREME

SANITATION Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, OH & S 18001, SQAS, ISO 9001,
ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 are adhered to. Your primary responsibilities and
authorities for this position are:

a. Ensuring that the management system is established implemented and

maintained in accordance with the above standards.
b. Reporting on the performance of the management system to the
management meeting for purpose of reviewing and as a basis for
improvement of the management system;
c. Ensuring that the company is managed within the rules, regulations and
statutory/regulatory requirement pertaining to the transport of hazardous
substances. This includes the promotion of awareness of customer
requirements and regulatory requirements throughout the organization;
and
d. Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the management
system.
