AFFIDAVIT OF MANAGEMENT

I, RENATO B. GLEYO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of Barangay Kalawag III, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say, that:

1. I am the owner of 12 hectares of agricultural land

located at Daladap, Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat;

2. Since 2012 and until today, I assigned my 2 hectares

of agricultural land to my daughter-in-law ROVY JANE
REYES GLEYO in order for her to till and plant rice;

3. Since 2012 and until today, I also appointed her as

administrator of the remaining 10 hectares;

4. Since 2012 and until today, she is receiving an

honorarium as administrator of Thirty Thousand Pesos
(P30,000.00) per cropping covering the months of
January to March and August to October every year;

5. Since 2012 and until today, she is earning an income

of Eighty Thousand Pesos (P80,000.00) for the
cultivation of two (2) hectares of agricultural land in
which she planted rice;

6. Since 2012, she has been earning approximately One

Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (P110, 000) per
cropping;

7. I execute this affidavit freely and voluntarily and

hereby attest the veracity of the foregoing declaration
under pain of perjury and for whatever legal intents
and purposes this may serve.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 2nd
