TASK 1 : Let’s do a Role Play. Work in pairs and make simple dialogues base on the situation above. You are a secretary and
your manager’s college calls you. He/She wants making an appointment with your manager on Saturday at 12 p.m but your
manager has to attend the seminar. You suggest tomorrow morning but he is busy at that time. You have to make a deal
schedule with him/ her.
TASK 2 : Write your weekly planer in the schedule below for next week

TASK 3 : Work in pairs. And ask your partner to go hang out together in the convenient time.
Example: A: Can we arrange an appointment at 9 a.m. on Monday?
B: I’m afraid I can’t. I’m in charge of checking books in the library until lunch.
A: Shall we make it after lunch?
