Student 1. Above 90% of students should demonstrate progress, reflected from
Learning their diagnostic and success, reflected from their end of term.
Progress:
 Students should maintain mastery, which is (> 85%) on all overall scores
within each instructional cycle (monthly test).
Success:
 Students should reach mastery, which is (> 85%) on their overall scores
at the end of a full term.
2. 100% of students should be prepared before classes, attentive and
focused.
3. Students with learning setbacks will be placed towards the front of
the class.
4. Integrate STEAM lessons and provide opportunities in each unit that
require students to gather data through authentic science observation
and experimentation. Also, to use these as evidence to build
arguments, as well as the use of informational texts to strengthen and
support first-hand knowledge.
5. Provide at least one field trip and/or outdoor class.
6. Provide focus on student collaboration and comradery in a
class/mini-Science inviting staff members to judge.
7. Implement motivational incentives to encourage students to do their
best on assessments
8. Integrate technology twice per assessment cycle.
9. Continue building website to showcase student’s STEAM activities,
get feedback from students, post important information, etc.
Professional 1. I will assess students using a wide range of formal/informal
Practice assessments including at least three of the following each week:
homework, teacher-made quizzes, oral assessments, end of unit
assessments, observation, reflections and/or conversations with
students.

o I will use the results of these assessments to develop and modify


small group, whole group and one-on-one instruction to meet the
needs of individual students.

2. Work with colleagues, HODs and team leader to identify and


prioritize teaching/learning goals on each assessment.

3. Full implementation of student mentorship (or more appropriately


called Peer Study System). This will contribute to the school goal of
accomplishing a full mentorship program.
4. Create & deliver lessons to teach, activities to practice, and
systematic ways to review these skills.
5. Give homework assignments, reflection activities, quizzes, and end-
of-unit assessments that measure student skills and understandings.
 Record and analyze student score on assignments, quizzes, and tests.
Record observations of each student, focusing on a specific group
each week based on recent performance.

6. Gather contact information about student’s parents at the beginning


of the first week. Also, email and phone number of each student.

I will measure progress toward these goals through weekly assessments during evaluation.
