Student 1. Above 90% of students should demonstrate progress, reflected from

3. Students with learning setbacks will be placed towards the front of
the class.
4. Integrate STEAM lessons and provide opportunities in each unit that
require students to gather data through authentic science observation
and experimentation. Also, to use these as evidence to build
arguments, as well as the use of informational texts to strengthen and
support first-hand knowledge.
5. Provide at least one field trip and/or outdoor class.
6. Provide focus on student collaboration and comradery in a
class/mini-Science inviting staff members to judge.
7. Implement motivational incentives to encourage students to do their
best on assessments
8. Integrate technology twice per assessment cycle.
9. Continue building website to showcase student’s STEAM activities,
get feedback from students, post important information, etc.
Professional 1. I will assess students using a wide range of formal/informal
