I. Processional – II. Entrance of Colors

Dear friends and guests welcome to the (# of years) Pre-elementary moving up
ceremony of (name of school) with the theme: “(if applicable)” let us now witness the
processional of the student, parents, faculty, guest and BOT to be followed by the
entrance of Colors from the selected students of V-Ephesians.

(For program proper)

III. National Anthem – V. Opening Prayer

To honor our country, May I request everyone to please rise and joyfully sing the
Philippine national anthem to be led by Ms. Josielyn Sembrano, followed by the pledge
to the flag by Lyza Coronel and asking the divine providence the giver of all to be led by
Prr. Dario I. Duque.

Ad leave (Para brainy kunwari)

Good afternoon everyone! Today is a day of rejoicing for it marks the first step that every child must
undertake to open up to another important stage of their lives. It is an honour to be here to this special
event which is the high point of the academic year because today we celebrate the accomplishments
and academic achievements of our dear students.

VI. Welcome Remarks

To give us a warm greeting of welcome, May I invite the chief operating officer of our
institution none other than ____________ .A big hand please.

VII. Introduction of Guest Speaker

Graduation is truly remarkable part of every learner’s journey. Downfall, laughter, cramming
moments are basic elements to achieve our goal. At this moment, I am inviting our chief operating
officer to introduce to us our distinguished guest of honor for this ceremony.

After the message of the guest speaker. Thank you very much to an inspirational message that
given to us by our guest of honor.

Note: If ever na iaaward ang certificate ng guest speaker, eto sasabihin mo. “To award the
Certificate of Appreciation or Recognition may we call on (Yung heads na nasa stage), first I will read
the citation” Blaaah..blaah..Give him a big hand.

VIII. Presentation of Pre-Elem Completers – XI. Acceptance and Confirmation

This is the most awaited time of the parents to witness and award the accomplishments and
achievements of their child. Now, let’s begin to the Presentation of the Pre-elem Completers,
followed by the Endorsement and certification of Pre-elem Completers, followed by awarding of
medals and certificates, and acceptance and confirmation of the completers.

XII. Thanks Giving Speech

To give us a thank you message may we call on our very own Maria May B. Magtalas.
XIII. Moving Up Song

Every moving up ceremony there is a song in which we need to sing it together to show that
this is not the end of learning. Let’s sing together our moving up song “Title nung song”.

XIV. Closing Prayer

To formally closed our program, may we call on Mrs. Elynor Baron to lead the closing prayer
to thanks the successfulness of our program.

Thank you to our dear students, parents, guests, BOT and faculty in celebrating the moving up
