Subject: Request for Picking up students from National Library at evening time

Respected sir,

It is kind request to you for changing t he route of shuttle service plies between Campus and Abpara at
evening time. It is collective request from girls’ hostel as well as boys’ hostel residents. M Phil/ PhD as
well as other Students of this university regularly visit National Library of Pakistan for research purpose,
and preparation of exams as well as competitive exams as this library provides sound proof environment
for deep study. But it is located in Constitution Avenue where local transport and taxis are not allowed
to go through. So we request transport unit to kindly provide us bus on returning from Abpara to
university through this route so bus can pick students from library. So that we hostel residents can avail
this opportunity with the blessing of transportation which we are proud to be one of the best transport
system among all universities in Pakistan. Following time is requested to be followed

Monday- Thursday 7PM returning from Abpara to Uni

Friday-Sunday 6 PM returning from Abpara to Uni

We shall be very thankful to university for this act of Kindness.
