Designed For Senior
Executives
In a fast paced environment, organisations
cannot afford to grant long sabbaticals to senior
executives to attend a full-time programme since
they handle key roles. PGPMAX addresses this
issue by allowing participants to undergo a
formal, part-time management programme with
minimal disruption of their work schedules.
06
International Leg
The world is increasingly becoming more global.
Therefore, global business sensitivities need to
be reinforced. PGPMAX includes an international
immersion component in the programme
involving classroom teaching, industry visits,
and top-management interaction which will
build these sensitivities and help in making the
participant a global leader. The participants will
go on a two week trip to USA and a one week
trip to Brazil, where they will attend classes at
leading global business schools, including
Kellogg School of Management and The
Wharton School.
Career Management
Services
PGPMAX participants will have access to
resources that will help them develop their
careers and realise their full potential. Career
Management Services will help the participants
in developing and implementing their personal
career strategy. These services include career
coaching, workshops on resume writing,
skills development, personality assessments,
leadership skills, etc.

and rigour to an Executive MBA programme, provides a framework through
which participants learn to

that shape the business environment
