holding company brnad like Tata

people who has done well, premlalta, deepika) when outcome bring achiebemnets
Sports: Individulas are motivation for everyone for else (premalalta), example for daughter, deepika,
TFA (captain of football team), one of the student went on to scale mount Everest, company sponser
and sport, bend of mind people are respect, we provided the opportunity. Going out of the way with no
stake, read the history of institution IIsc, bahbha atomic, the vision make proud, when nobody was
doing
Tribal culture:
Skilling
Education: not only building school getting education not only on paper reach a level given support
mentoring help, scholarship, parents are informed about the importance.
M: CSr and it’s role in employees disscision to connect? Does it make to checklist
R3: Yes it is there in the though consciously or unconsously it’s in the mind that if it can do this much for
the society how much can it do for the employees.
R4: Not directly csr but the brand that is created due to csr
R1: May be may not be because of the CSR. For me I don’t think there is the link
R2: for me also don’t find a link. Mstly it depends on the level one is joining if someone is joining at entry
level he may not look at CSR initiatives but may be higher level or mid management level
R2: Most employees are at low level and they may not be very likely to understand the importance of
CSR or value them.
R1: Cerstain aspect of brand image is important, trust, transparency such things but I don’t think CSR as
a stand alone matters to me as such as value system like other.
Yesh it can
R3: A company is doing world of good to society my perception is that it will certainly do good for me.
M: Activities which generates most in the 9/10 value?
R3: education
R4: good for ppl around us so we feel in connect. Education because it helps ppl to grow example pf two
generation where primary education not possible, there children are having great education, sustainable
future, transforming life
R5: It should be looked holistically, women in the rural areas, tribals, looks at their health education.

M: considering all being equal, have ever said that this a caring company so work here
R6: it is
R6: tata engage, which happens twice a years, post picture what you have done. Your contribution to
the world. Volunteerism
These are vouluntry, they are csr but doesnot count as 2% of csr, from our pocket

R6: existing govrt schools are adopted, decorated school to bring attraction
R5: there should be measurement criteria t measure the impact. Not just putting resourece n money but
some tangible to see the difference
M: why tata
R5: I feel cared for at organization that was not the reason to join but reason to stay
More than 50% and 100%, CSR reflects the basic nature of the company, inside the office the culture id
visible. If someone joins. It’s the undercurrent of orgnisation. Has it come from csr culture. CSr starts
with india then it became laws. With in organization. The value started within.
