2018 Paid Time Off Policy


Full-time employees are eligible for Paid Time
off (PTO). A full time employee is defined as an ADMIN AND FIELD MANAGEMENT: (Corporate office staff,
employee who works 35 or more hours per week HR, Accounting, Office Coordinators, Operation Managers,
on a consistent basis. Paid time off now includes Sr. Project Managers, Supervisors, Field Facility Managers)

anniversary date. Newly hired employees have a

system via a Tablet – also referred to as a Kiosk. Click on the Bookmark icon to locate the saved website links
where the UltiPro Core website is bookmarked as well as the Kiosk UltiPro UTM website.
• Go to the UltiPro Core Website Bookmark (https://ew43.ultipro.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f) to access the
login screen.
• Your User Name will be: ALLP, Your last Name, and the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th digits of your social
security number.
• For example: John Doe whose social security number is 123-45-6789 would login in as: ALLPDoe45678
• Your Password (for the first time) will be: your birthdate as MMDDYYYY
• For example: John Doe’s birthdate is January 1, 1980 so his password would be: 01011980
