1. AIMS

The main aims of this lesson are to:


 Recap the rotation of the circle.
 Complete Q1 P 232 understanding technical graphics.
 Revise the basic construction of a hexagon and polygons.
 Inscribe the hexagon with a star, and complete the rotation question.
 Build the students understanding of rotating a circle. (Q2 232, understanding TG.)

5. Previous lesson notes

All students have completed the rotation of the circle for Q1 P232. Revise the division of the circle,
noted that some students used the 45 set-square, think it was because of missing equipment rather
than a misunderstanding. Reinforce this principle to be sure.
