Subject:-Admit Cards for the Written examination for the post of Naib Tehsildar advertised
vide Notification No. 01 of 2015 dated 07-04-2015 (Item No. 007) - regarding

1. It is for the information of all the candidates who have applied for the post of Naib Tehsildar
(State cadre in Revenue department) advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2015 dated 07-
04-2015 (Item No. 007) that their OMR Based Objective Type Written Exam is scheduled to be
held on 29th April, 2018 (SUNDAY).

2. The candidates are once again being intimated that there shall be negative marking for wrong
answers (0.25 for each wrong answer) attempted in the said examination. The criteria for the said
post has already been issued/published vide this office endorsement no.
SSB/Sel/Secy/2018/3502-08 dated 28-03-2018.

3. The candidates will first appear in the MCQ/OMR based test, for which syllabus has already
been issued by the Board. The working knowledge of Urdu will be tested in subsequent
examination of the shortlisted candidates only.

4. Candidates are required to download their Admit Cards from our website (www.jkssb.nic.in)
from 05th April, 2018, onwards.

5. Any Candidate who does not find his admit card is free to submit a written representation before
the Administrative Officer, Jammu/Srinagar, as the case may be, by or before 14th April,
2018 (2 pm) failing which no grievance shall be entertained at any other stage.
